The proposed project consists of a single 6-story mixed-use building, containing 63 rental-affordable apartments, made up of (25) studios and (29)one & (9) two-bedroom dwelling units. The majority of the residential portion of the building is positioned above a Ground Floor Commercial Space, a Building Lobby, and a dedicated parking lot for the building.
