DesignBridge served as the design team leader and Architect of Record for the rehabilitation of Van Buren Park Apartments located at 2045 West Jackson Blvd. The project encompasses a partial rehabilitation of a 15 building cluster, including full unit modernizations, accessibility upgrades and system upgrades such as new energy efficient lighting and plumbing fixtures throughout. The project consists of 80 Rental-Affordable units and 219 Senior living apartments plus 1 Custodian’s Apartment. 1 existing Building M-1 currently used as maintenance storage will be converted into a community room with a fitness center for accessory use to the residences.
