This project is part of the master plan for the New City / Back of the Yards INVEST SOUTHWEST RFP hosted by the City of Chicago.

The lot located at 1641 W 47th St will be transformed from an empty parking lot into a space that fosters community engagement. It will become a retail building with performance and space, and back of the yards meeting space.

For the Ground level, we are proposing a public plaza, along with an brewery, bar and taproom. The spaces will be visually connected. For the upper floors, an event space and rooftop garden will take place to reactivate the site.
