Leopardo Begins Work on New Affordable Housing Project in Chicago’s Lincoln Square

Leopardo recently began work on a new six-story, 86,559-square-foot mixed-use affordable housing apartment building in the heart of Chicago’s Lincoln Square. The project comes as the result of a community engagement process spanning several years that included nearly one thousand participants, during which the priorities of expanding affordability and fostering a strong small business environment were identified.

“Leopardo is proud to be a part of a project that will provide much-needed affordable housing in the Lincoln Square community, and we are excited to get to work,” said Leopardo Senior Vice President Mike Mastin.

The 63-unit apartment building will include a resident lounge and terrace, public parking, and approximately 5,000 square feet of commercial space with outdoor seating.
