The 8-story building responds to Pilsen’s need for family-sized, affordable housing in a key neighborhood location maximizing community accessibility and preserving affordable options. Construction integrates precast panel fabrication articulated with recessed panels and a varied rhythm of windows.

The 98 fully affordable housing units comprise 38 one-bedroom units, 34 two-bedroom units, and 26 three-bedroom units. This transit-oriented development will provide 20 parking spaces. Additional tenant amenities include a multi-purpose room, training center, reading room, bike storage, rooftop terrace and courtyard with a tot lot. The building is designed to earn LEED Silver.
