The proposed project consists of a 6-Story residential buildings containing 37 rental-affordable apartments and a 3 story residential building containing 16 unit rental-affordable apartments. The residential portion of the building is positioned above a Ground Floor Lobby, community room and Laundry amenity and dedicated parking for the building.
